ALBANY GUARDIAN SOCIETY

On Monday, November 30th, 2015 at 9:00 AM Dr. Richard F. Holub  and John A. Fairbank, PA, sponsored by the Albany Guardian Society,  presented an educational program on Brain Health. To accommodate the overflow waiting list resulting from the first presentation, this second event was relocated to accommodate an even larger audience.

The November 30th program was held at the Carondelet Hospitality Center, in Latham, NY 12110, entrance off Delatour Road. It was free and open to the public, but reservations were required. The number for reservations was 518 434-2140.

Research suggests that lifestyle choices may have a more profound impact on brain health than was previously thought. The combination of good nutrition, physical activity, mental stimulation, not smoking, sufficient and quality sleep along with a varied social network for significant personal interactions all contribute to improved brain health.
